Will I receive points for purchases I made prior to the launch of Plum Preferred?
Yes! We value our existing customers. Your account has been credited with points for your past purchases and reviews. To view and access your points, make sure you're using the same email and contact us with any questions.
Can point redemptions be used in combination with other offers?

Can point redemptions be used toward a custom design?
Yes! Point redemptions can be used toward custom design.
What happens if I return my order?
If you return an item, the points you earned from that purchase will be deducted from your Plum Preferred points balance. If you return an item that earned you redeemable points, and those points have already been used, we will deduct the cash equivalent of the redeemed points from your refund amount.
Is there a limit to how many points I can earn?
There's no limit to the number of points you can earn with Plum Preferred. The more you engage with us, the more points you'll accumulate!
Do points expire?
Plum Preferred points are valid for one year from the date they were earned. To keep your points active, simply make a purchase or engage with us by leaving a review or referring a friend, at least once a year.
How can I get a birthday reward?
Make sure your birth date is added to your Plum Diamonds account profile. We'll automatically send you a special birthday reward during your birthday month!

* Points can only be redeemed for Plum Diamonds merchandise and have no cash value
