Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

Most rings are made-to-order and ship after approximately 15 business days. Rings from our Unique Engagement Rings collection require a little extra time; please allow 20 business days.
Other jewelry takes about 2 weeks to craft, with the exception of Ready-to-Ship rings and stud earrings, which ship in 3-5 business days.

Overnight shipping is free and easy within the lower 48. We use FedEx standard overnight for all jewelry, and shipments are insured. An adult signature will be required upon delivery. You'll receive an email when your order ships to coordinate delivery. 

If you have special delivery instructions, questions regarding shipping, or are interested in shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or another wonderful location outside the contiguous states, please email hello@plumdiamonds.com for options. 

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We hope you fall madly in love with your new Plum ring, but if for any reason that doesn't happen — we offer free returns within 30 days of delivery on non-custom, unaltered jewelry outside of our Ready-to-Ship collection. Engraving is non-refundable, and there is a $100 restocking fee for rings returned with engraving. If you'd like to return your Ready-to-Ship ring, there will be a non-refundable 10% restocking fee which can be used as credit towards an exchange. Return shipping is free.

If you’d like to initiate a return, please contact us at care@plumdiamonds.com and we can email a prepaid FedEx label for insured shipping. 

If you're interested in an exchange, we'd love to help. Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis, so please reach out to care@plumdiamonds.com to explore your options.

Please note, returned rings must be in their original condition in order for us to accept them and for you to receive a full refund. There is a $75 restocking fee if the diamond paperwork or packaging is missing, so please hold on to everything when you receive your order.

If you return your order or cancel during production, your next purchase will qualify for exchange instead of free return.

Orders that have been previously exchanged, resized or already changed (e.g. sized by a jeweler other than Plum) and custom orders are considered final sale and are not eligible for return. 

If your ring doesn't fit, no worries. We offer free resizing and are happy to help. Please contact us at care@plumdiamonds.com and we’ll email a prepaid FedEx label for insured shipping. Learn more about our free lifetime care & warranty.
